Support Singapore retail broking team as first point of contact for client communications and day-to-day account tasks. Lead delivery and commercial ownership of complex client accounts, advise on compensation and total rewards strategy, design salary structures and STI/LTI/executive compensation, ensure project governance and quality, mentor and develop team members, and drive business development and external representation.

Serve as a trusted advisor to shipowner clients across Asia, develop and execute marine insurance renewal and placement strategies, assess client exposures, build relationships, mentor junior colleagues, and support regional travel and client service.
