Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Mercer Careers team at Mercer in Singapore. This role will be based in our Singapore office.


As a Senior Compensation Consulting Analyst, you will support Mercer’s reward products business through client management, compensation analysis and project delivery. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to provide analysis, presentations and consulting support across total rewards topics.


We will count on you to:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients within Mercer’s reward products business
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key accounts and assigned industries
  • Collaborate with analysts and project managers to retain survey and product subscriptions and support account growth
  • Analyse compensation and benefits data, identify market trends, benchmark job evaluations and support salary structure and incentive design analysis
  • Contribute to custom survey and consulting projects across total rewards, with the opportunity to grow into project management responsibilities
  • Prepare presentations and reports that communicate analytical insights and industry trends
  • Respond to client requests promptly and professionally, ensuring a high standard of service

What you need to have:

  • Prior experience in compensation or rewards consulting
  • Knowledge of total rewards topics including salary structure, grade levelling, job evaluation and incentive pay design
  • Well-developed communication and presentation skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams
  • A genuine interest in solving client problems and creating meaningful impact
