The Affinity team manages a diverse portfolio of existing and new clients, providing expert guidance and insurance solutions tailored to their specific business objectives and risk profiles. This role is ideal for a professional with strong insurance technical skills, proven client management experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, managing relationships and delivering seamless service.
We will count on you to:
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships
- Develop and execute tailored insurance solutions aligned with client business objectives and risk profiles
- Prepare new and renewal proposals and quotation slips using Microsoft Office capabilities
- Negotiate terms and conditions with underwriters, brokers, and insurance carriers to secure competitive rates and favorable coverage
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely communication regarding policy renewals, changes, and claims
What you need to have:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in insurance brokerage or related insurance industry roles
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client portfolios in insurance markets
- Strong technical knowledge of insurance products, coverage types, policy structures, and underwriting principles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
