Technology Support III position in Payments Technology team within Corporate and Investment Banking Technology. Responsibilities include end-to-end application/service delivery, maintenance of systems, monitoring production environments, identifying and resolving issues, and analyzing complex situations.

As a Technology Support I team member, you will ensure the operational stability and performance of production application flows, troubleshoot and resolve service interruptions, develop automation tools, and provide technical support on Securities Processing Applications.

As an IT Support Engineer, you will provide technical assistance to end-users, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain client computer systems including hardware and software. You will ensure user satisfaction through excellent customer service and handle IT asset management duties as assigned.
