Consultant/Senior Analyst, Rewards Advisory
We will count on you to:
- Be responsible for end-to-end client account management.
- Deliver / provide support in delivery of broad-based rewards projects across domains in job evaluation, salary structure design, sales incentive design, STI design, performance management, etc.
- Facilitate and lead decision-making processes required to move projects along to completion.
- Manage and mitigate risks and ensure that a change control process is in place.
- Guide analysts in project teams in technical aspects, and be accountable for the quality of their analyses.
- Develop expertise and point of view within the allocated industry and generic reward trends for Singapore.
- Identify, implement, and ensure that consistent standards of delivery excellence are in place.
- Support delivery of executive compensation projects across domains in board evaluation, LTI design, KPI setting, executive compensation benchmarking, etc.
What you need to have:
- Prior broad-based rewards experience in a consulting and/or in-house role. Expertise in executive compensation would be a plus.
- Ability to manage projects independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent client engagement skills for presenting proposals, point of views, project outcomes, etc.
- Target driven, agile and highly motivated.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
