Sell ServiceNow licenses and professional services to new and existing enterprise customers. Develop territory and key account relationships, collaborate with sales leadership and presales, qualify leads, maintain CRM data, meet quarterly sales targets, and communicate business outcomes to senior stakeholders across IT, finance, HR, and customer service.

Lead and deliver complex ServiceNow deployments as primary customer contact. Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks and stakeholders; run workshops, mentor teams, produce documentation, and ensure successful handover and high customer satisfaction.

Design and lead ServiceNow technical architecture and implementations: develop platform solutions, integrations (SOAP/REST), configure MID Server and CMDB, manage upgrades and data migrations, produce technical specifications, provide pre/post implementation support and troubleshooting, and govern best practices across multiple ServiceNow modules while leading cross-functional teams.
