Lead finance operations for digital and technology transformation across APEC hotels: validate end-to-end finance processes, train property teams, support deployments and command center operations, drive change management, and liaise with cross-functional SMEs to ensure smooth transitions to new systems and processes.

Lead deployment planning and execution for Marriott's Digital & Technology Transformation across APEC + HMT. Manage a team of Implementation Managers supporting 75–150 hotels, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, resolve complex property issues, oversee tracking and reporting, support command center cutovers, and drive onboarding, training, and continuous improvement of deployment processes.

Law student interns will draft and review agreements, conduct legal research across APEC jurisdictions, collaborate with paralegals and the legal team on operational issues, manage legal databases, and support department initiatives and special projects. Roles may be part-time or full-time, on-site in Singapore or remote within APEC, requiring at least two full days per week for four months (longer-term preferred).

Provide hands-on support to the hotel's finance/accounting team: verify accounting data, maintain financial records and spreadsheets, process billing, classify and code transactions, assist purchasing and sourcing tasks, resolve transaction issues, and ensure confidentiality of accounting and property records.

Lead deployment and adoption of Marriott's Power of M learning across APEC managed and franchised hotels. Coordinate regional learning activities with global strategy, facilitate webinars and office hours, translate readiness metrics into interventions, manage stakeholder alignment, and integrate Power of M content into business-as-usual training. Track learning data, adjust approaches based on feedback, and report progress and risks to senior leaders.

Perform HR administrative and front-desk duties: maintain personnel files and I-9s, manage correspondence and filing, assist applicants, answer phones, track HR supplies, support employee relations, ensure confidentiality and compliance, and provide guest-facing hospitality service.

Execute marketing communications and PR to elevate brand positioning for a luxury hotel: manage media and influencer relations, plan events and activations, oversee reputation and guest communications, coordinate with internal teams and agencies, run digital and email campaigns, track performance and ROI, and prepare leadership reports.

Lead development, governance, and optimization of financial reporting platforms across APEC. Drive Power BI-based dashboards, reporting automation, data governance, and stakeholder alignment. Manage platform projects, coach analytics staff, and ensure reporting supports forecasting, budgeting, and performance management.

Lead and execute change management and communications for Marriott's Digital + Technology Transformation across APEC and Greater China. Develop stakeholder engagement, change management, recognition, and measurement plans; coordinate with Deployment, Learning, and global teams; prepare executive updates; track readiness and adoption; and drive behavior change for on-property and above-property associates throughout design to stabilization.

Provide HR business-partner support for assigned hotel units including talent acquisition, full employee lifecycle management, engagement and retention, onboarding, HR reporting, payroll support, compliance with local laws, employee relations, and training. Lead community and recreational initiatives and serve as HR subject-matter expert on projects.
