JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Manager, APEC L&D is responsible for driving the deployment and adoption of Power of M learning across APEC Managed and Franchised hotels — ensuring associates across the region are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to successfully adopt new systems and ways of working.

Acting as a critical connector between global strategy and regional execution, this role requires tight integration with the broader Power of M change management and deployment workstream—ensuring learning activity is sequenced, communicated, and coordinated in lockstep with deployment milestones.

Building alignment across global, regional, and market teams, the Senior Manager connects the dots across workstreams—anticipating gaps, surfacing blockers early, and translating adoption metrics and readiness data into targeted interventions that keep learning deployment and hotel cutover on track.

Comfortable navigating learning technology, the Senior Manager develops working fluency of Marriott's learning platforms and resources — bridging the gap between the technical aspects of the technology and hotel readiness and adoption.

The Senior Manager also identifies and addresses APEC-specific learning needs, facilitates learning path and content reviews with relevant stakeholders and subject matter experts, and oversees the integration of Power of M content into business-as-usual training offerings across the region.

The preferred location for this role is Singapore; however, strong candidates based in other APEC locations will be considered.
