Lead and execute change management and communications for Marriott's Digital + Technology Transformation across APEC and Greater China. Develop stakeholder engagement, change management, recognition, and measurement plans; coordinate with Deployment, Learning, and global teams; prepare executive updates; track readiness and adoption; and drive behavior change for on-property and above-property associates throughout design to stabilization.

Lead change management and communications for Marriott's Digital + Technology Transformation across APEC and Greater China. Execute marketing communications and PR to elevate brand positioning for a luxury hotel: manage media and influencer relations, plan events and activations, oversee reputation and guest communications, coordinate with internal teams and agencies, run digital and email campaigns, track performance and ROI, and prepare leadership reports.

Prepare and serve drinks per recipes, issue and serve wine/champagne, maintain bar cleanliness and stock, prepare garnishes, process payments and cashier reports, secure alcohol and complete opening/closing duties while following company policies and guest-service standards.

Assist Director in managing engineering department operations, budgets, preventative maintenance, and energy conservation.
