Assist the Director of Engineering in managing daily engineering operations, preventive maintenance, regulatory compliance (Singapore), budgets/CAPEX, projects and vendors, energy conservation, guest-facing engineering support, and leading the engineering team to ensure safety, asset protection, and service excellence.
