Manage mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) services for building projects: develop and assess MEP design constructability, ensure statutory compliance and approvals, coordinate disciplines, review and approve shop drawings, oversee installation, testing and commissioning (Electrical/HVAC/Plumbing/Firefighting), manage vendor selection and handovers, and deliver training for operations teams.

Manage project scheduling and planning per contract/client requirements. Supervise project execution and track progress, time, cost, quality, and EHS. Perform risk analysis and mitigation, resolve cross-functional issues, resource planning and productivity analysis, contractor coordination, prepare look-ahead plans and presentations, build and update integrated schedules in Primavera or MS Project, perform critical path and delay analyses, resource leveling, crashing/fast-tracking, and produce progress and cost reporting.
