About the Role:

Involved in execution of valuation of all types of properties for various financial institutions, government agencies, corporate clients and others.

Involved in client sourcing, deal sourcing, preparation of marketing materials for origination efforts and during deal execution.

Generate ideas and pitches for clients and prospects to drive new business across all the Valuation and Advisory business lines.

Able to do indicative valuations, inspection, data searching and/or preparation of proposals and/or tender documents in order to win assignments.

Assist Assistant Manager & above to complete reports and to address clients' queries where needed.

Able to carry out site visits/valuations of properties whether in Singapore and/or overseas.

Provide guidance and coordinate junior team members in their task distribution (where required).

About You:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate or a related discipline.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in property valuation, real estate advisory, or property consultancy.

Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies, property market research, and report preparation.

Ability to conduct property inspections, site visits, and valuation assignments independently.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in client engagement and business development being an advantage.
