Role Summary

Reporting to the Executive Director, Valuation & Advisory (or their designate), this role is responsible for undertaking valuation assignments, consultancy engagements and market studies, as well as preparing high-quality valuation reports across a broad range of real estate asset classes, including commercial, industrial, residential, hospitality, land and other property sectors.

About the role

  • Drive business development activities by pitching for and securing valuation and advisory assignments.

  • Conduct valuation assessments, consultancy engagements and market studies across a diverse portfolio of real estate assets.

  • Prepare comprehensive, accurate and well-structured valuation and advisory reports in accordance with professional standards.

  • Gather, analyse and interpret market, financial and property-related information to support valuation conclusions and client recommendations.

  • Undertake ad hoc valuation, consultancy and special projects as assigned by the Executive Director, Valuation & Advisory (or their designate).

  • Support cross-selling initiatives by identifying opportunities to introduce clients to other service lines across the business.

  • Take ownership of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) responsibilities and actively contribute to fostering a strong safety culture.

About You

  • Registered and licensed valuer with the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV) (mandatory).

  • Demonstrated experience in conducting valuations across multiple property sectors, including commercial, industrial, residential, hospitality and land assets.

  • Strong analytical, report writing and market research capabilities.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted client relationships.

  • Proven ability to contribute to business development activities and secure new valuation and advisory engagements.

  • Self-motivated, commercially minded and able to manage multiple assignments within tight deadlines.
