Provide technical support and maintenance for IT systems aboard maritime vessels, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage satellite communications and marine networks, assist with IT projects and security measures, train crew on systems, and collaborate with stakeholders to address vessel IT needs.

Lead and supervise crewing team; source, interview and redeploy seafarers; verify certificates and medicals; manage crew rotations, documentation and MPA Portal entries; coordinate crew changes, visas, flights and immigration clearances; maintain crew records and appraisals; perform ship visits and other duties as assigned.

Prepare and manage vessel accounting (AP, AR, GL), generate monthly/quarterly expense and settlement reports, review invoices vs. budgets, coordinate procurement/contracts and marine insurance, support audits, take project minutes, and perform administrative tasks.

Manage and execute SIRE 2.0 and CDI inspection programs across a tanker fleet, perform root-cause analyses of findings, conduct shipboard navigational, mooring and cargo audits, liaise with Oil Major vetting teams, ensure compliance with global maritime regulations, and advise Masters and crew on stability and cargo operations.

Maintain and repair packaging, conveying, and material-handling equipment. Perform preventive and corrective mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic maintenance; troubleshoot PLCs and drives; lead maintenance technicians; plan shutdowns and commissioning; use CMMS for failure analysis; manage spares and vendor fabrications; conduct root-cause analysis, safety compliance, and continuous improvement; prepare management reports and train new technicians. Shift and standby duties required.

Coordinate crew deployment and manning operations, maintain records, process invoices and ship entries (Eye Share/Shipnet), handle routine crew correspondence, prepare reports and statements, and liaise with ship managers, agents, vendors, and crew to ensure regulatory compliance and efficient staffing.

Support crewing operations by coordinating crew schedules, preparing employment and joining documents, updating MPA via DigitalPORT, maintaining crew document databases, and performing other assigned office tasks.

Oversee and coordinate technical management of vessels at the port, supervise repairs and maintenance, liaise with shipyards and stakeholders, conduct vessel inspections, maintain technical documentation, support budgeting and procurement, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide technical support during dry dockings and audits.

Coordinate and oversee vessel operations, manage vessel documentation and certificates, arrange travel and visas, handle invoicing and audit applications, maintain test and meeting records, collect HSEQ data from ship managers, and perform ad-hoc administrative duties to support marine operations.

Manage end-to-end procurement for marine operations: source suppliers, negotiate contracts and delivery terms, coordinate with internal teams, maintain records, track orders with logistics and finance, and drive continuous improvement in purchasing processes.
