Drive sales and market development for subsea and power cable sectors across APAC. Identify new business with telecom and power cable operators, create targeted sales and marketing strategies, prepare sales plans, develop competitive bids (RFQs/RFPs/tenders/contracts), manage customer relationships, collaborate with internal teams from concept to contract, and conduct market and competitive analysis while maintaining sales pipeline records.

Drive sales growth in the Indian maritime market by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, executing tailored sales strategies, conducting market research, delivering presentations, collaborating with marketing, tracking targets, and representing the company at industry events across India.

Provide HR administrative support including onboarding/offboarding, managing medical insurance, e-leave portal, employee records, and HR documentation. Coordinate travel logistics, visas, itineraries, expense reports, expatriate housing and tenancy. Organize company events, maintain office supplies and facilities, process invoices and employee claims, and support special projects to ensure continuity of HR/admin functions.

Handle broking activities including newbuilding contracts, long-term vessel chartering, sale and purchase transactions. Maintain client relationships, perform sales calls and coordination, work independently, travel to meet clients, and use Microsoft Office for communications and numerical tasks.

Oversee technical operations and maintenance of an offshore fleet, ensuring regulatory compliance, safety, and performance. Lead engineering teams, develop maintenance strategies, plan dry-dockings and repairs, monitor vessel performance, review technical documentation, and coordinate cross-departmental communication to optimize reliability and efficiency.

Coordinate crew changes, manage crew documentation and records, handle payroll and benefits, assist recruitment and selection, liaise with manning agencies and authorities, monitor crew performance, resolve crew issues, and help develop crewing policies ensuring regulatory compliance.

Lead and manage daily marine operations in Malaysia, oversee project planning and execution within budgets and timelines, ensure regulatory compliance, develop operational staff, build stakeholder relationships, implement safety and efficiency best practices, and report on performance to management.
