Collaboration with internal departments such as project, bid, contract, and finance teams is crucial to ensure cohesive efforts across the organization. The candidate will also participate actively in project discussions and follow up diligently from concept to contract award.

Additionally, the role involves conducting market studies and competitive analysis specifically in the subsea and power cable industries and maintaining accurate and detailed records of sales leads, funnels, and business performance metrics to guide strategic planning and reporting.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Sales & Marketing or Engineering.
  • At least 3-5 years of proven track record as a sales of successfully selling complex technical solutions to clients.
  • Experience in selling submarine cable installation services specifically would be advantageous.
  • Strong negotiation skills and proficient in contract management.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure to deliver on sales objectives.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and internationally are needed.
