Manage end-to-end subcontracting for shipyard projects: select and evaluate subcontractors, negotiate contracts, monitor performance, enforce compliance, mitigate risks, maintain records, and improve subcontracting processes to meet quality, cost, and schedule targets.

Lead enterprise cybersecurity strategy and team; perform risk and vulnerability assessments; establish policies and incident response; ensure regulatory compliance (NIST/ISO/GDPR); provide training and collaborate across IT and departments to mitigate threats.

Prepare and review management accounts and group consolidation reports, perform intercompany reconciliations and eliminations, support audits and statutory filings, handle GST and tax schedules, assist with transfer pricing and system implementations, and provide financial analysis, audit liaison, and ad hoc administrative support.

Support HSEQ programs by managing safety documentation, performing document quality checks, monitoring HSEQ metrics, assisting incident investigations and audits, producing reports, and promoting a positive safety culture across office and vessel operations.

Lead development and execution of company-wide sustainability strategy, implement energy and carbon reduction programs, manage ESG data collection and reporting (GRI/SASB/ISSB/HKEX), maintain GHG inventory, coordinate third-party verifications, and drive employee engagement on sustainability.

Coordinate and monitor transport orders, liaise with external hauliers and internal stakeholders, plan and allocate deliveries, maintain reporting datasets, conduct site observations and haulier audits, ensure KPI and regulatory compliance, identify operational gaps, and support ad-hoc projects.

Manage tanker chartering operations: secure vessels, negotiate charter parties and contracts, monitor market trends, coordinate vessel schedules and port rotations, maintain broker/owner/client relationships, and ensure Charter Party Agreement compliance.

Support finance manager by preparing and reviewing subsidiary management accounts, group consolidations, intercompany reconciliations, GST and tax schedules, audit coordination, financial statements, and ad-hoc accounting tasks to ensure timely, compliant reporting.

Monitor SIEM and security tools to detect, triage, and escalate incidents; document forensic findings; perform initial containment and mitigation; develop playbooks and SOPs; research threats; participate in training and red/blue exercises; collaborate with security teams to improve posture.

Lead commercial and marketing efforts for logistics/industrial clients: develop and execute marketing and commercial strategies, prepare bids and tenders, analyze market trends, manage campaigns and client engagement, support contract negotiations, and report performance to optimize growth and relationships.
