Support the commercial desk by tracking and updating drybulk fixtures and market intelligence, preparing and sending timely client reports, managing internal data and cargo/tonnage blasts, following cargo negotiations, and contributing process improvements to the Capesize desk.

Manage and coordinate voyage and time charters, liaise with owners and charterers, prepare charter parties, handle claims and demurrage, perform voyage, stowage and bunker planning, conduct laytime calculations, negotiate operational issues, and coordinate agents and stakeholders to ensure smooth vessel operations.

Support operations team with administrative tasks: meeting coordination, record keeping, processing sales/purchase orders in Dynamics 365 BC, maintaining S&P Global Platts pricings, reconciling delivery and purchase documents, generating reports, and coordinating with cargo, vendors, and accounts to facilitate invoicing and receivables.

Support implementation and monitoring of HSE systems for marine operations. Conduct vessel audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, training, and emergency planning while tracking HSE metrics and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Manage and coordinate vessel operations including cargo loading/unloading, stakeholder communication, regulatory compliance, performance monitoring, and daily operational reporting to management.

Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory, logistics, distribution, budgeting, compliance, performance monitoring, team leadership, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery and continuous improvement.

Drive sales growth in the marine/shipping sector by identifying new business, managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to contract negotiation, developing tailored solutions, delivering presentations and demos, collaborating with delivery teams, conducting market analysis, and representing the company at industry events to strengthen relationships and brand presence.

Coordinate and monitor transport orders, liaise with external hauliers and internal stakeholders, plan and allocate deliveries, maintain reporting datasets, conduct site observations and haulier audits, ensure KPI and regulatory compliance, identify operational gaps, and support ad-hoc projects.

Manage tanker chartering operations: secure vessels, negotiate charter parties and contracts, monitor market trends, coordinate vessel schedules and port rotations, maintain broker/owner/client relationships, and ensure Charter Party Agreement compliance.
