AI & Full-Stack Software Developer (0087 August 2026)
We are looking for an AI-focused Full-Stack Software Developer to join a growing international technology team. This position is ideal for a developer who enjoys turning real business challenges into practical software solutions and is interested in using AI to improve the way teams operate.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with internal users, understand their challenges, develop solutions, and see your work being used in real business environments.
This is a hands-on development role covering both AI initiatives and full-stack application development.
Maritime industry experience is not required. Industry knowledge will be provided, so the focus is on your technical ability, problem-solving approach, and interest in practical AI applications.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Process & Automation
- Review existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop AI-enabled solutions to address operational challenges.
- Automate repetitive or time-consuming tasks.
- Engage directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Support implementation and adoption of solutions across the business.
Software & Product Development
- Build and enhance AI-driven internal applications and customer-facing solutions.
- Participate throughout the development lifecycle, from initial concept and prototyping through development and deployment.
- Translate ideas and business requirements into functional software products.
- Continuously improve existing tools based on user feedback and business needs.
- Take ownership of the solutions developed and their performance in production.

AI tools are an important part of the development environment, but they are used as productivity enhancers rather than replacements for engineering judgement.
You should be comfortable working with AI-assisted development while maintaining responsibility for the quality, security, reliability, and functionality of anything you deliver.
The ability to assess AI-generated output, test solutions thoroughly, identify limitations, and make sound technical decisions is essential.
Experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Claude, embeddings, AI workflows, or similar technologies will be highly advantageous.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline at undergraduate or master's level.
- Suitable for graduate-level candidates, preferably with around 1–2 years of commercial software development experience.
- Strong foundation in modern full-stack development.
Technical Skills
- Good working knowledge of React, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience designing, integrating, and working with APIs.
- Familiarity with REST and/or GraphQL.
- Understanding of current AI technologies and their practical business applications.
- Exposure to LLM-based applications, embeddings, or AI automation is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Python, Docker, or other modern development technologies is an advantage.
