Lead bunkering operations including fleet planning, vessel scheduling, fuel custody and STS transfers. Ensure compliance with SS648 and QMBS, drive safety and quality, manage budgets and KPIs, lead and train operations staff, and implement process and digital improvements to optimize efficiency and cost.

Manage AML/CFT and sanctions compliance, perform KYC/CDD and transaction monitoring; conduct credit assessments, set and monitor credit limits and exposures; manage receivables, support collections and dispute resolution; facilitate basic trade finance (LCs) and coordinate with Trading and Accounts to mitigate financial and credit risk.

Lead management of marine insurance policies and claims for the fleet, coordinate with insurers and legal, conduct risk assessments, develop insurance procedures, monitor regulations, negotiate premiums, and collaborate with operations, legal, and finance to protect company assets.
