Lead full-cycle implementation, support, and optimization of the MariApps SmartPAL PMS module. Analyze and improve maintenance and procurement workflows, elicit requirements, produce functional specs and test cases, coordinate UAT, manage vendor deliverables, train end users, and maintain stakeholder relationships to deliver operational value.

Support vessel technical operations through document management, stakeholder coordination, invoice tracking, and project scheduling. Maintain compliance records, assist project managers with budgeting and risk tracking, and use PM tools (Gantt charts, schedules, DMS) to keep projects on course.

Manage a portfolio of client accounts, act as primary client contact, coordinate internal teams, monitor account performance, support renewals and contract negotiations, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to drive growth and retention.
