Summary/Objective

The Project Assistant will support project execution, coordination, and documentation under the guidance
of the Project Lead. This role is suitable for individuals looking to gain experience in project coordination
and systems support.

Essential Functions
1. Assist in gathering and documenting user requirements and system specifications.
2. Support the Project Lead in preparing test scenarios, test cases, and system documentation.
3. Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
4. Assist in data entry, report generation, and dashboard updates.
5. Provide administrative support for project-related tasks.
6. Track progress of project deliverables and update project schedules.
7. Liaise with internal users and vendors on assigned tasks.
8. Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate technical issues when needed.
9. Assist in the development and maintenance of SOPs and user guides.
10. Any ad-hoc duties assigned.


Requirements

Requirements

  1. Diploma in Computing Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent
  2. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  3. Basic understanding in Power BI for data visualization and reporting, with familiarity in data analysis
    tools such as PHP, SQL and Python will be advantageous
  4. Have a quality mind set with acute attention-to-details skills
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  6. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  7. Able to work independently or collaboratively in a team, manage multiple tasks, and perform effectively under tight deadlines
  8. Self-starter with a keen sense of urgency with an open mind to learn
