Royal Ocean Marine is seeking a dedicated Sales Executive/Manager to focus on the Indian market. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth and expanding our presence in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing client relationships, and executing sales strategies tailored to the specific needs and preferences of the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the Indian shipmanager or shipowner market and achieve targets.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including shipping companies and logistics providers.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote our services and offerings effectively.
  • Monitor progress against sales targets and revise strategies as necessary.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events in India.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the maritime, logistics, or shipping industries.
  • Strong knowledge of the Indian market and cultural understanding.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within India as required.
  • Must have Indian market exposure
  • Fluency in English and knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
