Lead commercial and marketing efforts for logistics/industrial clients: develop and execute marketing and commercial strategies, prepare bids and tenders, analyze market trends, manage campaigns and client engagement, support contract negotiations, and report performance to optimize growth and relationships.

Lead HR functions for shipyard and marine services: recruit and manage contractors and blue-collar staff, handle employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, workforce planning, HR records, and reporting to support operational goals.

Plan and perform financial, operational, and compliance audits; evaluate internal controls and risks; prepare working papers and reports; investigate suspected fraud; recommend corrective actions; follow up on implementation; collaborate with departments and stay current on regulatory and best-practice changes related to governance, risk, and internal controls.

Manage subsea and technical vessel operations and maintenance, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, plan dry-docking and repairs, tender and supervise contracts, design structural and machinery upgrades, oversee Subsea Department, act as Designated Person Ashore (DPA), recruit technical staff, and provide technical input for projects.

Provide on-site and off-site product technical support for vehicle navigation and related hardware/software: troubleshoot, commission, test, investigate warranty issues, liaise with customers and factory support, and deliver technical training.

Coordinate and execute port call activities including berth booking, pilotage, towage, crew changes, bunkering and husbandry services. Liaise with port authorities, terminals, customs and clients; prepare shipping documentation, disbursement accounts, and reports. Ensure compliance with SOPs and maritime regulations, manage operational issues and stakeholder communications, and maintain records and checklists.

Support accounting team by processing invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and AP functions; assist month-end close, liaise with auditors and suppliers, and perform ad hoc accounting tasks.
