Lead internal audit and advisory reviews across the SJ Group: plan and execute audits, test controls, recommend process improvements, prepare committee papers, present findings, and provide advisory support to business and functional teams.

Lead production and coordination of MEP 3D BIM models using Revit, perform clash detection in Navisworks, produce construction drawings and schedules, ensure compliance with BEPs and ISO 19650, manage BIM content and QA/QC, and support MEP engineers using BIM 360/ACC.

Manage and maintain master programmes and project schedules for construction and consultancy projects using Microsoft Project and Primavera P6. Monitor progress, identify risks and delays, perform impact analysis, support tender and bid teams, prepare progress reports, coordinate stakeholders, and standardize programme management processes and reporting.

Oversee and coordinate mechanical MEP construction activities: schedule site visits, monitor contractors, validate schedules, review designs/submissions and material samples, plan testing/commissioning, manage quality, costs and compliance, report to client, mentor junior engineers, and ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, work pass administration, employment contracts, exits, insurance claims, government reporting, employee engagement, and HR policy support. Provide HR liaison for business units and participate in HR projects and welfare initiatives.

Manage procurement and tendering: draft and review contracts, evaluate submissions, advise project teams on contractual matters, administer claims and variations, negotiate disputes, and maintain contractual risk registers while monitoring legal developments in construction.
