Senior technical leader for ports and maritime projects providing technical governance, risk management, client relationship development, business development, and staff leadership. Responsible for high-level technical advice, proposal direction, complex reporting, project oversight, safety-in-design, and building technical capability across medium to large projects.

Lead coastal reclamation and infrastructure projects, managing on-site Resident Engineers and technical staff. Coordinate with clients, contractors, authorities, and contract administrators to ensure compliance, resolve contractual and site issues, and drive timely project completion.

Lead production and coordination of MEP 3D BIM models using Revit, perform clash detection in Navisworks, produce construction drawings and schedules, ensure compliance with BEPs and ISO 19650, manage BIM content and QA/QC, and support MEP engineers using BIM 360/ACC.
