Design and deliver electrical services for public and commercial buildings, manage tendering and contract administration, coordinate with authorities, oversee contractors, and manage testing, commissioning, and project progress.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out Feasibility, Conceptual, Preliminary and Detailed Design for Electrical Services for public and commercial projects
- Carry out consultations with local Authorities and Agencies
- Prepare tender specifications and review tender drawings
- Perform contract administration work.
- Manage projects progress, identify any non-confirmation of contractor’s work at site
- Manage testing and commissioning of M&E systems
- Attend/Chair technical and progress meetings with clients, consultants and contractors
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore)
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in carrying out designs of Electrical services, project management and supervision.
- Conversant with the Codes of Practice and regulations related to building services is essential
- Team player and ability to work with and manage clients and contractors
