Lead and support Group-wide strategic planning, enterprise transformation and performance management. Lead design reviews and geotechnical assessments for coastal and marine structures. Review site investigation plans, prepare tender documents, manage subcontracts and client contracts, supervise design and site work, produce technical reports and calculations, ensure compliance with standards and codes, guide junior engineers, liaise with stakeholders, and support tender pursuits.

Lead electrical design, coordination, and delivery across projects including 230/400kV transmission cable installations, combined-cycle and renewable plants. Perform FEED and technical specification preparation, feasibility studies for energy import and T&D projects, prepare and review drawings and calculations, ensure code compliance, support testing, commissioning, site inspections, and stakeholder coordination.
