Oversee internal audit and advisory reviews across the global group. The role requires extensive overseas travel, strong data analytics and risk management expertise, familiarity with IT audits and ERP systems, professional communication skills, and Mandarin proficiency.

Leads the MEP BIM team and manages BIM strategies, standards, workflows, models, execution plans, and project deliverables. Coordinates multidisciplinary design, performs clash detection, resolves design conflicts, supports authority submissions, and provides technical BIM and drafting support. The role drives design optimization, VDC adoption, digital innovation, stakeholder collaboration, and delivery quality across local and international project teams.

Oversee the operation, maintenance, and performance of building mechanical and electrical systems. Coordinate M&E projects, contractors, quotations, repairs, reporting, condition assessments, and technical evaluations. Monitor energy consumption, implement energy-saving and smart-building solutions, support renewable-energy integration, resolve defects, and ensure reliable, sustainable building operations with minimal disruption.
