Leads global communications and marketing strategy for the Urban sector, partnering with senior leaders on positioning, messaging, internal engagement, thought leadership, PR, digital content, events, awards, and project storytelling. Manages a communications and marketing team, coordinates stakeholders across a global matrix, strengthens the sector narrative, and measures campaign impact. The role requires architecture-sector experience and expertise in integrated communications across built-environment businesses.

Supports site representatives in implementing Green Mark and GreenGov energy-saving and sustainability initiatives. Conducts energy audits, analyzes consumption and cost data, logs major energy systems, reviews building specifications and equipment performance, and identifies energy conservation opportunities. Performs feasibility and cost-benefit studies, recommends energy optimization measures, and prepares annual audit reports with proposed solutions and implementation costs.

Design and manage mechanical building services for public and commercial projects, including feasibility studies, plantroom layouts, service routings, tender specifications, contract administration, site supervision, testing and commissioning. The role involves coordinating with authorities, clients, consultants and contractors, monitoring project progress, identifying work discrepancies, and chairing technical and progress meetings.
