Lead and execute integrated corporate communications to strengthen SJ's reputation and leadership visibility. Advise senior leaders on executive messaging, manage media relations, drive thought leadership, oversee industry events, awards, sponsorships, and corporate content, and support internal employee engagement and reputational risk monitoring.

Provide L2/L3 post-go-live support and stabilisation for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Project Operations/Project Sales). Troubleshoot incidents, maintain customisations (Power Apps, Power Automate, plugins, C#, JavaScript, Azure Functions), resolve integrations (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Workday), manage security roles, support releases and UAT, perform root-cause analysis, monitor performance, and maintain documentation and knowledge base.

Lead geotechnical design, verification, and regulatory submissions for major infrastructure and building projects. Oversee site investigations, analyses, and design endorsements; ensure compliance with Singapore codes and authorities; mentor teams; manage geotechnical risks and stakeholder coordination; support ICE reviews and tender inputs.
