Lead and grow the Roads & Highways business across Southeast Asia & Pacific. Provide operational and technical leadership, client relationship and business development, project governance, tender/proposal leadership, and people management to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of large multidisciplinary road and structure projects.

Perform civil, structural and geotechnical design and analysis for coastal structures (quay walls, ports, jetties, revetments, reclamation). Plan and interpret site investigations, manage subcontracts, supervise design and site works, ensure compliance with codes and regulations, engage stakeholders, and support tender submissions and project delivery.

Design and deliver electrical services for public and commercial buildings, manage tendering and contract administration, coordinate with authorities, oversee contractors, and manage testing, commissioning, and project progress.
