Support and execute technology sourcing across software, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT services. Conduct market research, vendor evaluations, RFx processes, commercial discussions, contract reviews, and vendor onboarding. Work with Technology, Procurement, Risk, Legal, and business stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies, perform benchmarking and spend analysis, manage governance and third-party risk requirements, and provide market intelligence for sourcing and renewal planning.

Participate in GenAI/DocAi initiatives to reduce manual operational work.

Design and implement scalable LLM-powered applications, microservices, and APIs. Build AI agents, RAG-enabled semantic search, vector DB integration, CI/CD pipelines, and guardrails. Collaborate with stakeholders, own backend and full-stack development, and support DevOps, testing, and production reliability.

Lead governance and risk control oversight for International Centres Operations, standardize processes, manage third-party risk, review KRIs and metrics, coordinate regional projects, and engage stakeholders to resolve operational issues and ensure compliance with risk standards.

Lead operational execution of data quality and governance for risk data. Manage data issue lifecycle, perform profiling and root-cause analysis, implement rules and monitoring, support data stewardship, drive BCBS239 attestation, collaborate with tech and risk units, and optimize tools and processes to ensure data fitness and regulatory compliance.

Support and maintain Murex and Global Financial Markets applications, troubleshoot production issues, monitor performance, automate operational tasks with scripting, optimize configurations with development teams, and participate in on-call and weekend implementation rotations.
