Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to drive the growth and profitability of the Unsecured Loans portfolio within the Consumer Banking Group
  • Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for product innovation and optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new Unsecured Loans products that meet customer needs and align with the bank's strategic objectives
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, including yield, profitability, and market share, to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies for Unsecured Loans products, ensuring competitiveness and profitability
  • Provide subject matter expertise and strategic recommendations to senior management on Unsecured Loans product development and portfolio management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on Unsecured Loans or consumer lending products
  • Demonstrated expertise in analyzing market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to drive product innovation and growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in using data analysis tools and financial modeling techniques
  • Thorough understanding of product yield, profitability, and pricing strategies
  • Familiarity with the competitive landscape and market share dynamics in the Unsecured Loans segment
