What you will do
- Positioning Ericsson as a trusted technology partner and solution provider for MCN end users
- Steering and influencing end users, SIs, and partners toward Ericsson-preferred solutions based on our portfolio and capabilities
- Solution lead in driving sales and business development engagements through to commercial submission
- Lead 'multi-channel' commercial submission as SPOC for Customer Service Reprenstatives (CSR) across multiple submissions when required
- Support CSR(s) for the MCN commercial submission with E2E solution incl. architecture, E2E security, high level design and BoQ
- Support CSR(s) for portfolio gap, requirements and exemption approval alignment
- E2E CSR for prioritized submissions on a case-by-case basis
- Lead MCN technical review for E2E solution prior to commercial submission for MCN opportunities
- Lead 'plug-in' readiness for 'select' partner solutions incl. joint solution, interface and integration requirements alignment
- Drive industrialized bid readiness (BoQ, Statement of compliance etc.) for early engagements and scale
- Develop E2E portfolio readiness and packaging for MCN requirements, in collaboration with BAs
- Develop assets, blueprints and knowledge sharing for MCN and E2E competence development for CSR(s) and SME(s)
- Lead or support CSR(s) for the PoC solutions using CoE systems
- Develop and leverage techno-commercial value proposition for customer submission, in collaboration with commercial mgmt.
- Providing early visibility into end user and prime SI requirements or challenges (solutions, services) to support roadmap and org. readiness
Skills you bring
- Deeper understanding of end-user environments, requirements, and challenges for rail, PKD, utility (preferably more than one segment)
- End-to-end solution expertise for mission-critical networks, with at least SME competence in one domain
- Proven track record of technical sales for complex, multi-party engagements and long sales cycle
- Advanced consultative skills for customer engagement and internal alignment
- A developed understanding of the MCN ecosystem and partner solutions
- More than 12 years of professional experience, with at least B. Sc. or equivalent qualification.
