Lead sales enablement and end-to-end professional services for Mission Critical Networks (MCN). Act as single point of contact for commercial submissions, align integration and division of responsibility with SIs and partners, manage CoE systems and PoCs, develop E2E portfolio readiness, support CFRs on scope, timelines, and approvals, and provide early visibility of customer and SI requirements to inform roadmap and readiness.

Lead Ericsson's MCN end-to-end solution positioning and technical-commercial submissions. Drive E2E architecture, security, PoC readiness, partner integration, and bid packaging. Lead incident response, coordinate SMEs, drive RCAs and lifecycle/change governance, oversee cloud-native platforms (Kubernetes, CNFs/VNFs), run executive governance forums, and deliver continuous service and risk management to improve availability and customer trust.

Senior customer-facing AI leader who defines AI strategy, architects end-to-end LLM and RAG-based solutions, leads technical discovery and proof-of-value, drives enterprise AI adoption and governance, influences product roadmaps, and ensures successful production deployment and measurable business value across cloud-native and telecom environments.

Lead integration, deployment, migration, upgrades and troubleshooting of Ericsson Dual Mode Core across 4G/5G networks. Manage cloud-native delivery, Kubernetes, CI/CD and automation, execute disciplined change and MOPs, and stabilise live Tier-1 operator services through multi-domain fault analysis and collaboration with product teams.

Lead end-to-end design and technical execution to migrate an Ericsson Dual Mode 5G SA and 4G EPC from 2-site NFVi to a resilient 3-site CNIS. Create HLDs/LLDs, migration and rollback plans, govern Kubernetes/CNF onboarding, CI/CD/GitOps automation, resiliency, observability, and act as the customer-facing technical authority.

The Security Consultant will provide security advice to customers, ensuring their security needs are met through effective project delivery and collaboration. They will act as a trusted advisor, addressing both pre-sales and post-sales requirements.

Operate and support Ericsson NFVI and CNIS cloud infrastructure for 5G/IMS, lead incident/problem management, design HLD/LLD, optimize fabric/routing/storage, perform upgrades, develop automation (Ansible/Python/Terraform), maintain observability, and mentor junior engineers.
