The Integration Engineer will plan and execute integration, migration, and testing activities for cloud-native Online Charging System environments. Responsibilities include preparing scripts/configurations, troubleshooting network and cloud systems, ensuring audit-ready configurations, contributing to automation, and coordinating delivery to meet quality, cost, and timeline targets while following Ericsson processes and E+OHS standards.

Lead operational excellence for a strategic Singtel account by owning end-to-end operational performance, incident management, service assurance, and network resilience. Drive AI/automation initiatives, ensure SLAs and KPIs, manage executive stakeholder relationships, mitigate operational risk, and govern support and managed service delivery to improve stability, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Lead a portfolio of customer projects and a team of Project Managers, ensuring program delivery meets scope, budget, timeline, quality, and commercial targets. Lead integration, deployment, migration, and troubleshooting of Ericsson Dual Mode Core across 4G/5G networks. Manage cloud-native delivery on Ericsson cloud platforms, perform upgrades and lifecycle activities, execute disciplined change with MOPs, lead incident recovery, and drive automation using scripting, CI/CD, and GitOps to optimise operations and capacity planning.

Own technical accountability for a Tier-1 customer's Core Network and Cloud infrastructure. Lead incident response, coordinate SMEs, drive RCAs and lifecycle/change governance, oversee cloud-native platforms (Kubernetes, CNFs/VNFs), run executive governance forums, and deliver continuous service and risk management to improve availability and customer trust.

Lead technical pre-sales for high‑impact opportunities: translate customer vision into solution architectures, drive technical discussions from pre-sales through delivery, shape commercial proposals, run workshops, and share best practices across teams to influence R&D and win strategic deals.

Lead end-to-end design and technical execution to migrate an Ericsson Dual Mode 5G SA and 4G EPC from 2-site NFVi to a resilient 3-site CNIS. Create HLDs/LLDs, migration and rollback plans, govern Kubernetes/CNF onboarding, CI/CD/GitOps automation, resiliency, observability, and act as the customer-facing technical authority.

The Security Consultant will provide security advice to customers, ensuring their security needs are met through effective project delivery and collaboration. They will act as a trusted advisor, addressing both pre-sales and post-sales requirements.

The Program Director will manage customer projects ensuring financial performance, stakeholder alignment, and compliance with legal and financial directives while delivering quality solutions.
