Lead operational excellence for a strategic Singtel account by owning end-to-end operational performance, incident management, service assurance, and network resilience. Drive AI/automation initiatives, ensure SLAs and KPIs, manage executive stakeholder relationships, mitigate operational risk, and govern support and managed service delivery to improve stability, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Lead a portfolio of customer projects and a team of Project Managers, ensuring program delivery meets scope, budget, timeline, quality, and commercial targets. Build governance, align contracts to delivery, manage program-level finances and risks, maintain data integrity, foster stakeholder relationships, and drive process improvement and automation.
