Teams at Ericsson

Leads customer engagements to understand technology strategies, assess technical and business environments, identify improvement opportunities, and design commercially viable solutions. Partners with the Core 3 team to develop roadmaps, offerings, proposals, value arguments, and technical presentations. The role requires expertise in solution architecture, charging systems, core and cloud technologies, infrastructure performance, technical sales, customer solution design, negotiation, and stakeholder influence.

Lead Ericsson's MCN end-to-end solution positioning and technical-commercial submissions. Drive E2E architecture, security, PoC readiness, partner integration, and bid packaging. Support CSRs on high-level design, BoQ, and portfolio gaps, develop MCN assets/blueprints, and influence customers, SIs and partners toward Ericsson-preferred solutions to win complex, multi-party opportunities.

Own technical accountability for a Tier-1 customer's Core Network and Cloud infrastructure. Lead incident response, coordinate SMEs, drive RCAs and lifecycle/change governance, oversee cloud-native platforms (Kubernetes, CNFs/VNFs), run executive governance forums, and deliver continuous service and risk management to improve availability and customer trust.
