SVP, Full Stack Engineering Lead (Products & Execution), Wealth Management Technology, Group Technology

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of modern wealth management platforms and investment journeys.

• Operate as a hands-on technical leader across multiple engineering squads, driving strong technical execution and engineering standards.

• Build and evolve large-scale full stack platforms across a modern stack that includes Java, ReactJS and Python.

• Design distributed systems and platform architectures including microservices, APIs, event-driven patterns, and micro-frontends.

• Partner closely with product, business, and senior technology stakeholders to translate complex needs into robust technical solutions.

• Drive platform-level thinking with an emphasis on extensibility, reuse, reliability, and speed.

• Contribute directly to key technical decisions, solution design, engineering direction, and critical implementation paths.

• Evaluate and apply modern engineering tools, including AI-assisted development tooling, where they can materially improve delivery and leverage.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong experience as a hands-on technical leader building and delivering large-scale enterprise platforms.

• Deep expertise in one or more of these core technologies: Java, ReactJS, Python, and Go, with strong full stack engineering capability.

• Proven track record designing scalable, resilient, high-performance systems serving large user or transaction volumes.

• Strong architectural depth across distributed systems, microservices, APIs, event-driven architecture, and modern micro-frontend patterns.

• Experience leading engineers across multiple squads while remaining deeply involved in technical design and delivery.

• Strong experience building order management systems and execution management systems.

• Strong domain experience in areas such as Bonds, Equities, FX, Structured Products, Funds, Digital Assets, or advisory domains such as portfolio construction, rebalancing, and risk management.

• Experience in credit or banca domains is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across engineering, product, and business stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
