ABOUT THE ROLE

As the SVP, Full Stack Engineering Lead for Products and Execution on, you will set the technical vision, architectural strategy, and delivery approach for a next-genera on cross-product engineering ecosystem. This mission-critical mandate will align products and build connected employee and client journeys through common capabilities es, shared platform services, and high-performance execution on workflows across Funds, FX, Rates, Bonds, and Structured Products.

We are looking for a strategic, hands-on engineering leader who combines deep multi-asset financial domain knowledge with expertise in scalable, cloud-native, high-throughput full-stack platforms. You will evolve the Products and Execution on platform by identifying shared architectural pa erns and translate ng complex multi-asset transactional and analytical requirements into a resilient, real- me distributed ecosystem.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Architectural Leadership & Evolution: Drive the multi-year technical vision and transition of the Products and Execution ecosystem into a cloud-native, microservices-based architecture of shared capabilities on modern container platforms such as OpenShift or Kubernetes.
• Cross-Product Alignment: Identify architectural commonalities across Funds, FX, Rates, Bonds, and Structured Products, then design reusable services that address shared product, execution, and platform needs.
• Hands-on Technical Execution: Lead, mentor, and inspire distributed engineering squads across regional and global hubs while driving common engineering standards, reusable code pa erns, and unified design reviews across product lines.
• High-Throughput Streaming & Messaging: Design and optimize low-latency transaction flows, real me streaming distribution, and event-driven architectures using WebSockets and modern messaging platforms such as AMQ or Ka a.
• Full-Stack Platform Delivery: Champion resilient server-side architectures using Java, Spring Boot, and Python, alongside interactive ReactJS frontends that support real- me operational workflows, risk views, and trade flows across asset classes.
• Data & Analytics Integra on: Orchestrate real- me market data ingestion from sources such as Bloomberg, Reuters, and Markit, and integrate shared quantitative models, curve builders, and analytics engines into the transaction lifecycle.
• Ecosystem Innova on: Evaluate and deploy emerging technologies—including AI coding assistants, NLP applications, and LLM integrations—to improve developer productivity and modernize the engineering ecosystem.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as a key technical advisor to product owners, business heads, and senior leadership across Funds, FX, Rates, Bonds, and Structured Products, translating product needs into cohesive technical roadmaps and execution on plans.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven Tier-1 Track Record: 12+ years of experience in enterprise financial environments such as Tier 1 investment banks or institutional FinTechs, with proven success leading global and regional Agile engineering squads.
• Full-Stack Technical Mastery: Expert-level, hands-on engineering capability across Java (Spring Boot), ReactJS, and Python.
• Cloud-Native & Container Depth: Practical experience architecting and migrating platforms to modern container orchestrators (such as Kubernetes or OpenShift), with strong CI/CD automation expertise.
• Shared Services Mindset: Demonstrated ability to identify overlapping business and technical requirements across product lines and consolidate them into robust, reusable, multi-tenant services.
• High-Availability Systems Design: Proven success designing and delivering high-performance, low latency platforms such as transaction hubs, real- me pricing engines, curve builders, real- me risk platforms, or equivalent high-throughput streaming systems for multi-asset classes.
• Deep Mul-Asset Domain Knowledge: Strong expertise se across Funds, FX execution on and portfolios, Rates including swaps and curve building, Bonds and Credit including indices and CDS, and Structured Products, with a clear understanding of transaction on lifecycles and opportunity es for architectural commonality.
• Resilient Engineering Practices: Strong commitment to software craftsmanship, including TDD, automation, memory profiling, performance stress testing, and clean-code architectural pa erns.
• Innova on-Driven: Active experience or strong interest in leveraging AI assistant coding tools and LLMs to optimize team delivery and software engineering lifecycles.
• Academic & Professional Credentials: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Agile or cloud certifications such as PMI-ACP or CKAD are preferred.
