Manage subsea and technical vessel operations and maintenance, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, plan dry-docking and repairs, tender and supervise contracts, design structural and machinery upgrades, oversee Subsea Department, act as Designated Person Ashore (DPA), recruit technical staff, and provide technical input for projects.

Manage strategic plans for high-value accounts in container/port industries, drive upsell/cross-sell, negotiate major contracts, coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor SLAs and account profitability, build executive relationships, and provide market/competitive insights to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

Provide hands-on support and training in operation, maintenance, and mobilization of ROVs for subsea operations. Assist operators during dives, learn troubleshooting, maintain equipment, document activities, and participate in safety drills and emergency procedures.

Provide HR administrative support including onboarding/offboarding, managing medical insurance, e-leave portal, employee records, and HR documentation. Coordinate travel logistics, visas, itineraries, expense reports, expatriate housing and tenancy. Organize company events, maintain office supplies and facilities, process invoices and employee claims, and support special projects to ensure continuity of HR/admin functions.

Lead HR functions for shipyard and marine services: recruit and manage contractors and blue-collar staff, handle employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, workforce planning, HR records, and reporting to support operational goals.

Plan and perform financial, operational, and compliance audits; evaluate internal controls and risks; prepare working papers and reports; investigate suspected fraud; recommend corrective actions; follow up on implementation; collaborate with departments and stay current on regulatory and best-practice changes related to governance, risk, and internal controls.

Manage and execute SIRE 2.0 and CDI inspection programs across a tanker fleet, perform root-cause analyses of findings, conduct shipboard navigational, mooring and cargo audits, liaise with Oil Major vetting teams, ensure compliance with global maritime regulations, and advise Masters and crew on stability and cargo operations.
