The Commercial Sales Intern will track and report on deal performance across APAC, work with sales leaders, analyze KPIs, and communicate strategies. The role requires strong analytical and reporting skills to support sales performance evaluation.

Support the Director by gathering and analyzing data, preparing reports and presentations, tracking KPIs, assisting bid preparation/compliance, and contributing to process improvement and performance initiatives.

The intern will support the Digital Sales team in daily operations, manage sales materials, and maintain data accuracy in Salesforce while improving presentation and negotiation skills.

Lead onboarding and implementation of OpenBlue and Hosted Metasys digital solutions, coordinate Metasys PVT implementation, gather customer feedback, provide training and internal enablement, manage vendors, monitor performance metrics, and guide teams in explaining advisory reports to customers.

Develop and manage account portfolios for Controls/BMS solutions by engaging customers, generating leads, preparing proposals and tenders, negotiating orders, coordinating cross-functional follow-through, and maintaining product knowledge and market intelligence to achieve sales targets.

Support customer quotations and business development for composite applications: create CAD models, cost estimates, BOMs, technical presentations, and collaborate with engineering, sales, and ops. Travel to customer sites to assess requirements and propose composite-based solutions incorporating timing, costing, and resources.

Provide administrative support for office operations, facilities, and internal events. Assist with event logistics, onboarding, workspace coordination, records maintenance, procurement-related admin tasks, and backup office manager duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

Assist in creating templates, conducting technical research, validating data, and supporting documentation and reporting processes for efficiency improvements.

As a Sales Manager, you will develop relationships with prestigious customers, provide technical solutions, and work closely with project teams during sales processes to meet customer needs.

The intern will support enterprise account leaders by analyzing trends, creating commercial materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on account management.
