Develops experiential concepts, platforms, toolkits, and execution frameworks; manages regional and market activations end to end; oversees agencies, suppliers, budgets, governance, and performance evaluation. Partners with client experience, visual merchandising, retail, CRM, and commercial teams to deliver culturally relevant luxury experiences that strengthen brand desirability, engagement, and business impact.

Leads financial planning and analysis for Cartier entities across Singapore, ASEAN, and Malaysia. Oversees budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, variance and profitability analysis, reporting, and business partnering. Provides strategic insights to leadership, supports audits and compliance, improves FP&A processes, and manages financial systems including Anaplan. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and HR to guide decisions and achieve financial objectives.
