Lead development and evolution of the Group's AI risk framework, translate policy into practical controls, engage business and tech teams, monitor AI use cases, guide resolution of control gaps, and align frameworks with regulatory expectations and industry developments.

Support and coordinate GenAI training and advocacy across the bank, run workshops, clinics and hackathons, analyze and report on program metrics, develop learning content, collaborate cross-functionally, evangelize innovation, and coordinate internal festivals and campaigns to boost adoption and acumen.

Lead development and refinement of the banks AI risk framework; apply frameworks to use cases; review higher-risk AI applications; liaise with business, technology, and control owners; track remediation and emerging risk themes; prepare governance materials and monitor regulatory developments.

Lead development and maintenance of the banks Data and AI risk management framework, set data risk appetite and controls, translate regulatory expectations, codify standards, and ensure consistent definition and reporting of data risks and control gaps across the Group.

Lead strategic architecture and delivery of enterprise-scale full-stack portfolio and wealth management platforms. Manage multiple engineering squads, define roadmaps, enforce CI/CD/DevOps best practices on OCP, adopt micro-frontend patterns and AI coding tools, and ensure high availability, low latency, compliance, and operational resilience for advisory and discretionary portfolio products.

Manage written-off portfolios to maximize recovery of past-due accounts through customer-focused engagement, negotiate repayment arrangements, review profiles and recommend remedial actions, handle complaints and difficult cases, ensure regulatory and policy compliance, prepare recovery documentation and process transactions accurately, and use digital tools, analytics and continuous improvement practices to enhance recovery performance.

Provide timely, accurate fund and client deliverables; support account conversions, corporate events, securities pricing, and vendor issue resolution. Assist drafting financial statements to RAP7/IFRS standards, participate in BCP/DR and risk reporting, handle client queries, and support projects to reduce operational risk and improve processes.

Process and service syndicated and commercial loans (creation, disbursement, repayment, repricing, redemption, fee collection). Perform audit confirmations, manual installment computations, reconciliations, stakeholder follow-ups, and support process improvements while meeting SLAs and maintaining high accuracy.
