Collaborate with technology and business partners on digital transformation initiatives, new channels, and program-level projects. Support change management, product adoption, GenAI marketing campaigns, and off-hours releases while ensuring delivery timelines and customer-oriented outcomes.

Provides engineering, deployment, integration, automation, monitoring, upgrades, patching, configuration, and operational support for CyberArk privileged access infrastructure. Develops PowerShell and SQL-based reporting, Tableau dashboards, and integrations with identity providers, databases, ticketing systems, and security tools. Supports PAM governance, risk, compliance, troubleshooting, encryption, and secure access controls across enterprise environments.
