Support chartering department with cargo allocation, charter party negotiations, vessel scheduling, client and shipowner communication, market intelligence analysis, and assistance to the Senior Chartering Manager. Help resolve chartering issues and provide regular market updates.

Support and coordinate tanker voyages by arranging agents, bunkers and weather routing; issue voyage instructions; check shipping documents; handle freight invoicing, demurrage/despatch, hire payment and port disbursements; communicate with masters, owners/charterers, brokers and agents; monitor vessel movements; assist in claim settlement and perform clerical voyage administration.

Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory, logistics, distribution, budgeting, compliance, performance monitoring, team leadership, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery and continuous improvement.

Oversee recruitment, deployment, documentation, and performance of vessel crew. Manage relationships with manning agents and training institutions, ensure regulatory compliance, control crew budgets/payroll, run audits, and lead crewing team to improve operations and resolve crew issues.

Provide engineering support for shipbuilding and repair projects, assist commercial teams in tenders, review contracts/specifications, generate basic design concepts, prepare drawing schedules, coordinate technical meetings, execute design and production plans, interpret classification rules and maritime regulations, and collaborate with clients, vendors and integrators.

Perform hull, machinery and outfitting design reviews for newbuild vessels; revise GA, structural and system drawings; conduct feasibility studies for equipment and arrangements; ensure compliance with IMO regulations; verify basic, detailed and production designs; liaise with designers, classification society and procure hull, outfitting, machinery and ancillaries.

Lead and execute all marketing, promotional, and advertising activities. Develop and implement marketing plans, support B2B communications and collateral, manage agencies and vendors within budget and compliance, protect legal/IP interests, enhance corporate image and PR, oversee CSR, and ensure QEHS and ISO/OHSAS compliance.

Support shipbrokers with market and industry research, assist in negotiating and executing charter contracts, maintain client relationships, prepare reports and documentation, and perform administrative and ad-hoc tasks.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/automation systems, implement repairs, propose system improvements, document maintenance activities, support engineering projects, ensure safety and compliance, and coordinate vendors/contractors.
