Royal Ocean Marine is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Admin Assistant to join our client's an MNC company in Singapore. This dynamic role involves proviing administrative support in HR functions while also managing travel arrangements for employees. The ideal candidate will be a multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with daily HR administrative responsibilities, including management of medical insurance, the e-leave portal, HR policies, and HR documentation, encompassing both onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Ensure the maintenance of precise employee records and databases.
- Oversee and coordinate all facets of travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodations, visa applications, and transportation logistics, while also developing detailed itineraries, processing expense reports, and addressing travel-related inquiries.
- Organize and facilitate company events and meetings.
- Ensure the efficient operation of office supplies, equipment, and facilities while upholding standards of cleanliness and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage the housing requirements of expatriates, including tenancy agreements and relocation logistics.
- Assist in organizing company events to promote team cohesion and corporate social responsibility.
- Process invoices, manage employee claims, and oversee company insurance plans.
- Support special projects and ensure the continuity of HR/admin functions during employee absences.
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Experience in HR administration and travel coordination will be advantageous
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
