Royal Ocean Marine is seeking motivated candidates for multiple Japanese-speaking positions available in 2026 across chartering, sales, and secretarial roles within our client’s companies in Singapore, Asia Pacific and Japan.
These positions involve supporting various business functions, leveraging both language skills and industry knowledge to facilitate effective communication and operational excellence.

Requirements
- Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and spoken.
- Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies, Business, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in maritime chartering, sales, or administrative roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in multicultural environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with digital communication tools.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking effectively.
- Positive attitude, self-driven, and eager to learn.
- Willingness to travel or be stationed in Japan may be required depending on the position.
