Lead NTU PACE's integrated growth and customer-engagement strategy. Govern HubSpot and CRM use, design segmentation, lead-scoring, nurture and automation frameworks, build dashboards and insights, improve lead quality and conversion, prioritize campaigns and resources, manage multidisciplinary teams and vendors, and partner with value streams and stakeholders to drive enrolment and revenue.

Supports NIE’s strategic planning and engagement processes by coordinating leadership and board meetings, monitoring strategic initiatives and success indicators, organizing senior leadership events, and facilitating cross-institutional projects. The role also assists with intellectual property, office operations, budgeting, assets, physical spaces, and special projects. Strong analytical, writing, editing, organizational, communication, and Microsoft Office skills are required.

Designs and facilitates evidence-based blended learning experiences, faculty development workshops, and technology-enabled teaching solutions. Partners with faculty and cross-functional teams to assess learning needs, redesign courses, align outcomes and assessments, evaluate educational technologies, conduct action research, analyze learning data, and develop capability-building initiatives. The role also requires grant writing, stakeholder presentations, mentoring, project leadership, and staying current with learning sciences and higher education practices.
