The role requires strong analytical, communication, organizational, research, and presentation skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and preferably Power BI.

Supports global franchise strategy and planning through franchise toolkit development, portal maintenance, content curation, user access management, AI chatbot testing, audit system implementation, performance tracking, and competitor research. Coordinates initiatives with country teams across China, Europe, and other global markets, while helping improve franchisee learning resources and portal user experience.

Supports CapitaLand’s CSR initiatives in Singapore by coordinating stakeholders, community partners, volunteers, programs, communications, impact stories, reporting, and business process improvement. Assists with data management, digitalization, content creation, event and project coordination, and CSR report preparation while contributing to community development and social impact efforts.
