Leads the design, standardization, governance, and continuous improvement of global treasury processes, including cash management, FX risk, liquidity forecasting, bank account management, and payments. Oversees treasury system implementations, automation, M&A integration, and cross-functional global projects. Partners with finance hubs, corporate treasury, auditors, banks, and technology teams to improve adherence, efficiency, and risk management across regions.

Partners with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, IT, banks, auditors, and service providers while ensuring accurate treasury data and transaction execution.

The Director leads global standardization of Intercompany processes, ensuring alignment with GPO strategies by translating requirements into solutions, monitoring KPIs, and managing transformation initiatives.

Processes and validates payroll across NA, APAC, EMEA, and ANZ regions. Reviews timekeeping records, payroll registers, deductions, garnishments, direct deposits, special payments, and compliance documentation. Supports employees with time and attendance systems, coordinates with third-party payroll providers, prepares management reports, and contributes to payroll process standardization. Roles range from Analyst to Supervisor and leadership levels.

Responsible for general ledger accounting, journal entries, balance sheet and bank reconciliations, intercompany confirmations, fixed asset processing, financial reporting, month-end close, consolidations, internal controls, audit support, and issue resolution. The role also reviews BlackLine journals, updates procedures, ensures SLA compliance, and coordinates process improvements.

Records and reconciles general ledger transactions, prepares financial reports, supports month-end close, analyzes variances, maintains dashboards, validates financial data, supports audits, and ensures compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and SOX requirements. The role also processes journal entries, accruals, allocations, intercompany balances, and fixed assets while recommending reporting and process improvements.

Maintain general ledger activities including journal entries, reconciliations, fixed asset processing, month-end close, internal controls, BlackLine journal reviews, consolidation reporting, audit support, SOP updates, and process improvements within SLA timelines.

Builds and maintains global Workday HR reporting infrastructure: gathers requirements, develops custom reports and dashboards, tests and validates solutions, supports UAT, mentors peers, handles ad-hoc data requests, and improves report performance and user adoption across HR teams.
