Responsibilities include product demonstrations, workshops, PoCs, sales enablement, technical discovery, RFP and security questionnaire responses, opportunity qualification, solution positioning, customer onboarding, implementation coordination, and market intelligence. The role partners with sales, product, delivery, and regional teams while translating technical capabilities into business value for enterprise retailers.

Manage Australian client accounts across onboarding, implementation, service delivery, customer success, and long-term growth. Lead client implementations, monitor performance metrics, resolve concerns, coordinate internal teams, manage invoicing, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Support prospect outreach, product demonstrations, proposals, proof-of-concept planning, contract discussions, and pipeline development alongside the APAC Sales Director.

Support sales operations by managing CRM data, pipelines, forecasting, KPIs, reporting, dashboards, lead follow-up, and workflow automation. Coordinate initiatives across sales, marketing, product, and technology teams, while supporting the CTO with project tracking, documentation, meetings, timelines, onboarding, and internal communication. Improve commercial processes and operational efficiency in a fast-paced technology environment.

Own technical pre-sales support across Europe by partnering with sales and channel partners, leading discovery workshops, architecting POS and ESL integrations, presenting to executive buyers, handling technical objections, and managing conversion-focused proof-of-concept pilots. Train partner sales engineering teams, collaborate with hardware providers, and translate market feedback into product roadmap recommendations.

Build and execute OmniShelf’s European channel strategy by recruiting and onboarding system integrators, VARs, and retail technology consultancies. Manage Tier 1 alliances, align channel activity with regional sales teams, and co-sell edge-computing retail solutions integrated with POS and ESL infrastructure. Develop enterprise relationships across European retail markets, demonstrate ROI to C-suite stakeholders, and maintain partner pipelines and tracking in HubSpot.
