About Omnishelf:
OmniShelf empowers small-format retailers (Convenience, Liquor, Petrol Stations, Health & Beauty) with real-time store intelligence via our AI and Computer Vision platform. Store teams use standard mobile devices to instantly scan shelves, detect stock-outs, improve planogram compliance, and boost sales. Our unique edge computing approach processes data 100% offline directly on the device (scanning, analysis, reporting, task creation), ensuring fast, reliable store automation without cloud dependency or downtime. We provide actionable insights to store employees and managers to drive efficiency and growth for retailers often underserved by complex tech to ensure “Right Product. Right Shelf. Every Time.”

About The Role:
As the Western European Sales Manager, you will be the tip of the spear for our direct revenue generation in the UK, DACH, Benelux, and Nordic regions. Your primary mandate is to hunt and close net-new Tier-1 enterprise accounts within the small-format retail sector (convenience chains, petrol stations, health & beauty, liquor, and duty-free). While you are a relentless direct seller, you understand that enterprise retail is an ecosystem. You will work closely with our Channel and Strategic Partners (Zebra, Solum, Diebold Nixdorf) to smoothly service these key accounts, leveraging their existing hardware footprints to position OmniShelf's StoreOS as the ultimate software value-add.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct Enterprise Sales (Active Hunting)
    • Own the end-to-end direct sales cycle for Tier-1 and Tier-2 retail chains. From highly targeted prospecting and C-suite pitching to complex contract negotiation and closing, you are responsible for driving SaaS revenue and hitting aggressive quotas.
    • This includes pitching to CMOs and Category Managers on critical value drivers like tracking share of shelf, verifying marketing materials, ensuring promotional compliance, and maximizing brand visibility.
  • Strategic Co-Selling
    • Leverage our alliances with legacy hardware giants (Diebold Nixdorf, Solum, Zebra).
    • You will map their key accounts against your target list and orchestrate co-selling motions, demonstrating how our edge-computing AI enhances their existing POS and ESL deployments.
  • Channel & Service Alignment
    • Work seamlessly with the Channel Partnership Manager Europe.
    • Once a direct enterprise deal is secured, you will leverage our network of System Integrators (SIs) and Value-Added Resellers (VARs) to ensure smooth deployment, implementation, and long-term servicing of the account.
  • Commercial Rigor & Forecasting
    • Maintain impeccable pipeline hygiene within HubSpot.
    • Deliver highly accurate revenue forecasts to the Sales Director Western Europe, and build compelling, ROI-driven business cases for prospective clients.
  • Market Feedback Loop
    • Act as the vanguard for market intelligence.
    • Relay competitive threats, pricing pushback, and product feature requests back to the leadership team to refine our EMEA Go-To-Market strategy.

Requirements
Must Haves:
  • 7+ years of elite, quota-crushing direct sales experience in B2B SaaS, retail technology, or supply chain software.
  • Proven track record of hunting and closing complex, multi-million Euro deals with Tier-1 retailers (e.g., major convenience chains, pharmacies, petrol groups, liquor retailers, and duty-free operators) in the UK, DACH, Benelux, or Nordic regions.
  • Deep understanding of how to navigate massive retail buying committees, specifically targeting CIOs, CTOs, CMOs, and VPs of Store Operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute a hybrid sales model: closing directly while utilizing channel partners (SIs) for service delivery and strategic hardware partners for account entry.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; professional fluency in German, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian is a highly strategic advantage.

Benefits
Our Perks:
  • Remote/Hybrid position
  • Flexible working hours
  • Team that you can learn a lot from
  • Brand that is about to conquer the Retail world
  • Opportunity to be part of a story worth telling
