About Omnishelf:
OmniShelf empowers small-format retailers (Convenience, Liquor, Petrol Stations, Health & Beauty) with real-time store intelligence via our AI and Computer Vision platform. Store teams use standard mobile devices to instantly scan shelves, detect stock-outs, improve planogram compliance, and boost sales. Our unique edge computing approach processes data 100% offline directly on the device (scanning, analysis, reporting, task creation), ensuring fast, reliable store automation without cloud dependency or downtime. We provide actionable insights to store employees and managers to drive efficiency and growth for retailers often underserved by complex tech to ensure “Right Product. Right Shelf. Every Time.”
About The Role:
As the Channel Partnership Manager Europe, you will architect and execute our route-to-market strategy across the UK, DACH, Benelux, and Nordic regions (with opportunistic coverage in France, Spain, Italy, and CEE). Your primary mandate is to build a robust partner ecosystem that accelerates the adoption of our edge-computing retail solutions. Crucially, our solution is highly complementary to existing Point of Sale (POS) systems and Electronic Shelf Labels (ESLs). You will work closely with legacy enterprise hardware providers, positioning OmniShelf as a critical value-add enhancement to their infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ecosystem Architecture
- Identify, recruit, and onboard tier-1 system integrators, value-added resellers (VARs), and retail technology consultancies across our primary UK, DACH, Benelux, and Nordic markets.
- Tier 1 Alliance Coordination
- Coordinate directly with the Head of Strategic Partnerships (Patrick Florczak) to manage and nurture relationships with major global Tier 1 partners (e.g., Zebra, Solum, Diebold Nixdorf), ensuring absolute clarity and alignment between our strategic initiatives and regional channel activities.
- Cross-Functional Synergy
- Work in lockstep with the Sales Directors for CEE and Western Europe to ensure channel strategies perfectly align with and support direct enterprise sales efforts in those territories.
- Complementary Commercial Execution
- Co-sell with regional partners to penetrate top-tier retail chains, demonstrating how OmniShelf’s SOS integrates with and enhances existing POS and ESL deployments, proving our 3-6 month ROI.
- Operational Rigor
- Maintain impeccable pipeline hygiene and partner tracking within HubSpot, while collaborating globally via Slack and Google Workspace.
Requirements
Must Haves:
- 7+ years of elite channel sales or partnership management experience within B2B SaaS, retail technology, or edge computing.
- Proven track record of navigating and closing complex enterprise deals within the UK, DACH, Benelux, and/or Scandinavian retail sectors.
- Deep understanding of the regional retail tech ecosystem and a pre-existing network of system integrators and technology distributors.
- Demonstrated ability to sell complementary, ROI-driven technology that rides on top of existing hardware deployments (POS, ESLs) to C-suite decision-makers.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; professional fluency in German, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian is a critical advantage.
Benefits
Our Perks:
- Remote/Hybrid position
- Flexible working hours
- Team that you can learn a lot from
- Brand that is about to conquer the Retail world
- Opportunity to be part of a story worth telling
