Develops technology-driven creative concepts and luxury brand experiences using generative AI, 3D, motion, real-time rendering, interactive, and immersive techniques. The role bridges creative and production teams, prototypes emerging workflows, provides art direction, partners with external production specialists, establishes responsible-use guidelines, and presents technology concepts to senior stakeholders. It requires strong conceptual storytelling, technical curiosity, cross-functional communication, and experience creating work where technology is integral to the idea.

Leads the visual and narrative direction of photography and film campaigns for a luxury integrated resort. Develops concepts, mood boards, storyboards, treatments, and shot lists; directs productions from pre-production through post-production; manages creative partners, budgets, timelines, and stakeholders; maintains visual brand standards; tracks emerging trends and mentors junior creatives.

Leads end-to-end integrated content production across photography, video, branded content, campaigns, events, and destination storytelling. Translates business and creative objectives into production strategies, budgets, timelines, and resource plans; manages senior stakeholders, agencies, vendors, contracts, and production governance. Oversees portfolios, bidding, forecasting, cost control, process improvement, innovation, and team development while ensuring high-quality delivery within approved financial and operational parameters.

Manage and publish content across Marina Bay Sands’ enterprise digital platforms using CMS workflows and governance standards. Support website revamps, content migrations, requirements gathering, user testing, and web project delivery. Coordinate with business units, internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant content. Maintain documentation, manage risks and dependencies, improve workflows, and provide proactive communication throughout projects.

Support IT performance improvements through research, data management, analytics, dashboarding, and automation. Build Power BI/Tableau reports, develop Power Apps, create SharePoint intranet pages, generate ad-hoc analyses, and help centralize data sources and communications.

Support business analysis and project activities: gather and document requirements, facilitate stakeholder workshops, assist testing and UAT, track requirements traceability, prepare functional documentation, and coordinate with technical teams to deliver project tasks on time and within scope.

Manage end-to-end event setup and seat inventory in the ticketing system, configure access control, support day-to-day ticketing operations, prioritize and coordinate system enhancements with IT and vendors, develop SOPs and training, perform testing, reporting, troubleshooting, and provide operational support during events including extended hours.

Prepare monthly journals, accounting entries, schedules, forecasts, budgets, and financial reports. Follow up with business units on outstanding items, support weekly audit and SOP reviews, assist with system improvements, and perform ad hoc finance duties.

Manage WSH databases and reporting, produce SPI metrics and Power BI dashboards, coordinate property-wide safety programmes, training, communications, audits, and track action items to support workplace safety and compliance.

Perform proactive threat hunting, atomic testing, red/purple team support, digital forensics and incident response. Validate security controls, investigate malicious activity, document findings, and recommend defensive improvements.
