Prepares monthly journals, accounting entries, schedules, variance analysis, tenant recovery forecasts, budgets, and management financial reports. Collaborates with business units and departments on operational, capital expenditure, and intercompany matters. Supports audits, reviews standard operating procedures, and handles ad hoc accounting tasks while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly journals and schedules for review, including preparation of monthly accounting entries
- Prepare and analysis of monthly PL variance commentary
- Prepare tenant recovery and expenses forecasting and budgeting
- Assist/perform in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial reporting to management
- Work closely with business units to follow up on any operational and capex matter
- Work closely with other departments to follow up on any inter-department/ inter-companies transactions
- Assist weekly audit and review SOP
- Any other ad hoc tasks
Job Requirements
- Degree in Finance/Accounting, with minimum 3-5 years of experience
- Preferably with auditing experience
- Team player with high integrity and sense of urgency
- Possess strong project management skills and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Microsoft Excel
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy on work deliverables
