Hiring multiple F&B roles (Service Attendant, Host/Hostess, Captain) to take orders, seat and assist guests, handle reservations, perform table setup, ensure service quality, supervise servers (for Captain), and maintain guest profiles and restaurant administration.

Conduct gaming audits across cage, slots, table games and rolling programs; prepare regulatory and internal reports, reconcile daily and month-end revenue accounts, investigate variances and exceptions, ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements, perform PMLT/PF and customer due diligence reporting, support stock takes and ad-hoc reviews, and train new officers.

Provide excellent service to casino guests: assist with trip arrangements, conduct casino tours, identify and cultivate patrons, collaborate with internal teams, engage via telemarketing, support events/promotions, and ensure compliance with policies.

Provide FP&A support for casino business units, prepare regular financial and operational reports, analyze revenue and expense variances, support budgeting, capex requests and marketing profitability analysis, and improve reporting and analytical models through automation and approved AI tools.

Lead sales performance reporting and analysis for international marketing: build and automate dashboards (SAS, SQL, Tableau, Power BI), analyze customer segmentation and campaign effectiveness, liaise with Compliance, prepare executive presentations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and improve reporting processes to inform strategic decisions.

Use customer data and analytics to acquire, develop, and retain high-value customers. Build predictive models and machine learning for CLV and profitability, create 360° customer segmentations, design personalized campaigns and A/B tests, and translate insights into dashboards and business strategy while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, BI, IT and CRM teams.

Provide administrative and secretarial support to the compliance team: assist internal investigations, record minutes, track case files, prepare correspondence and reports, maintain records, handle scheduling and information requests, and ensure confidentiality and timely follow-up on tasks.

Manage end-to-end event setup and seat inventory in the ticketing system, configure access control, support day-to-day ticketing operations, prioritize and coordinate system enhancements with IT and vendors, develop SOPs and training, perform testing, reporting, troubleshooting, and provide operational support during events including extended hours.

Manage room attendant assignments, record and distribute housekeeping reports, maintain room status and key control, handle guest requests and lost property, update administrative and attendance records, and coordinate maintenance with Engineering.

Support Marina Bay Sands sustainability program by planning and executing sustainable events and capital projects, developing learning materials, researching product sustainability standards, and analyzing resource consumption data to identify improvements and support implementation.

Support implementation of corporate affairs strategy by monitoring Singapore policies and legislation, identifying risks and opportunities, maintaining materials and talking points, and spotting partnership opportunities to enhance reputation and government engagement.

Support sourcing and vendor evaluation, prepare standalone agreements, manage vendor creation and data maintenance in P2P SAP Ariba, generate reports, streamline procurement processes, liaise with stakeholders, and perform assigned tasks.

Support F&B cost control by calculating inter-kitchen transfers and recipe costs, conducting yield/butchery tests and monthly stock takes, performing spot checks, updating POS and inventory reports, reconciling variances, tracking tobacco and spoilage, and preparing weekly/monthly F&B cost and beverage analysis reports.

Support internal audits and QA across F&B, attractions, and casino; collect and analyze audit and guest feedback data; produce reports and insights; maintain digital audit solution; assist process-improvement projects and deliver recommendations.
