Develops category strategies, manages RFI/RFQ/RFP processes, negotiates contracts, creates SOWs and SLAs, establishes supplier governance, evaluates performance, ensures procurement compliance, and advises stakeholders on sourcing decisions.

Manages employee recognition, engagement, wellness, change management, and internal event initiatives. Coordinates live, virtual, and hybrid events with internal teams and external vendors, supports project administration and communications planning, and assists with workplace health programs. The role also contributes to website management, multimedia design, video editing, and virtual event technology activities.

Supports planning and delivery of MICE audiovisual events by documenting technical requirements, coordinating schedules, manpower, equipment, rentals, vendors, and logistics. Provides on-site support during setup, live operations, and teardown; tracks costs and compliance documentation; coordinates with internal departments and contractors; supports safety, post-event debriefs, and continuous improvement. Requires at least three years of AV production, event technical services, or live event operations experience.

Supports brand experience projects through creative concept development, photoshoot styling, uniform asset rollouts, event decor, venue walkthroughs, partnership events, experiential activations, vendor coordination, and post-event evaluations. Assists with presentations, documentation, sourcing, procurement, installations, and live event operations while learning hospitality venue management and applying cultural awareness to guest experiences.

Supports CX Event Managers in coordinating conferences and events from signed contract through completion. Responsibilities include managing event systems, generating event reports and banquet orders, preparing proforma invoices, coordinating with internal departments and vendors, supporting floorplan development, documenting meetings, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring guest and organizer needs are fulfilled.

Supports digital marketing campaigns across paid search, programmatic display, paid social, email, and third-party channels. Coordinates internal teams and agencies, conducts audience and competitor research, manages Google Business Profiles, assists with marketing automation and EDM execution, and prepares campaign reports and presentations. Analyzes campaign performance to identify insights and improve future engagement, conversions, and business results.

Leads strategic planning, sourcing, design integration, and implementation of operating supplies and selected hospitality equipment across the resort. Translates design concepts into durable, operationally effective solutions while coordinating vendors, procurement, budgets, approvals, schedules, risks, logistics, mock-ups, and project delivery. Partners with design, operations, procurement, and leadership teams, presents recommendations to executives, and supports opening, handover, and operational readiness activities.

Administers gaming and non-gaming licenses, exemption requests, regulatory submissions, license training, and team-member movement processes. Manages absence and leave requests, supports union fee payments, coordinates with HR and operational departments, and liaises with regulators and external stakeholders. Ensures compliance with licensing timelines, maintains records, processes transactions, and performs administrative duties.

Conduct gaming audits across cage, slots, table games, rolling programs, premium player and junket operations. Reconcile transactions, foreign exchange, cash, tokens, and daily closeouts; monitor slot assets; perform compliance checks for customer due diligence, wire transfers, sanctions screening, and PMLTFPF reporting. Prepare exception reports, track documentation, resolve discrepancies, and support soft count room duties while working shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Supports workplace safety and health operations by implementing compliance guidelines, investigating incidents, monitoring corrective actions, conducting hazard assessments, updating safe operating procedures, providing safety analytics, and coordinating promotional activities and roadmap initiatives with division safety committees and internal stakeholders.

Lead a portfolio of cross-functional process improvement initiatives from opportunity identification through implementation and benefits realization. Apply Lean Six Sigma and operational excellence methods, establish governance, coach stakeholders, evaluate technology opportunities, lead change adoption, and track measurable improvements in productivity, service quality, cost efficiency, cycle time, risk, and guest experience. Develop business cases, dashboards, scorecards, executive updates, and sustainment plans while influencing senior leaders and frontline teams.

Leads business discovery and analysis for complex product initiatives, translating stakeholder and customer needs into requirements, user stories, process models, and acceptance criteria. Supports Agile backlog refinement, solution validation, UAT, release readiness, requirements traceability, stakeholder change management, and system rollouts. Partners with Product, Engineering, UX, QA, and architecture teams while identifying risks, dependencies, process improvements, and business adoption needs. Also mentors Business Analysts and contributes to estimates, RFPs, governance, and continuous improvement.

Manages office administration and provides clerical support to the Vice President and department team. Responsibilities include handling correspondence and calls, organizing files, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing minutes and reports, maintaining roaster and leave records, distributing mail, protecting confidential information, and coordinating with internal departments.

Develop and manage complex facility operations schedules covering maintenance, renovations, and construction. Track progress, critical paths, resources, risks, and schedule performance using Primavera P6 and related tools. Coordinate project managers, engineers, contractors, vendors, and maintenance teams; facilitate schedule meetings; produce reports, Gantt charts, and dashboards; and implement corrective or contingency actions to support timely, cost-controlled project delivery.

Design, deliver and continuously improve end-to-end talent development curricula and facilitation for leaders and high-potential talent. Manage HiPo and succession programmes, stakeholder partnerships, logistics, budgets, evaluation, and continuous improvement across blended learning approaches.
