Lead sales performance reporting and analysis for international marketing: build and automate dashboards (SAS, SQL, Tableau, Power BI), analyze customer segmentation and campaign effectiveness, liaise with Compliance, prepare executive presentations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and improve reporting processes to inform strategic decisions.

Use customer data and analytics to acquire, develop, and retain high-value customers. Build predictive models and machine learning for CLV and profitability, create 360° customer segmentations, design personalized campaigns and A/B tests, and translate insights into dashboards and business strategy while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, BI, IT and CRM teams.

Support business analysis and project activities: gather and document requirements, facilitate stakeholder workshops, assist testing and UAT, track requirements traceability, prepare functional documentation, and coordinate with technical teams to deliver project tasks on time and within scope.

Support the PMO with project and portfolio reporting, financial tracking, PPM tool administration, resource utilization reporting, meeting coordination, governance communications, and PMO process improvements. Prepare reports, dashboards, slide decks, meeting minutes, and support financial forecasts and compliance tracking under PMO guidance.

Manage capital project set-up and tracking, reconcile spend and commitments, prepare project cost reports and variances, assist with project funding approvals, support capital budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements within FP&A.

Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns to drive growth and engagement. Manage day-to-day campaign operations, audience strategy, A/B tests, and QA. Produce weekly/monthly reports and dashboards, pull data from native platforms and analytics tools, create performance narratives, and coordinate with stakeholders to align campaign objectives and optimizations.

Support execution of the loyalty program by coordinating campaigns, communications, promotions, events, and stakeholder partnerships. Manage member communications, assist promotion setup with Finance/IT, prepare performance reports, consolidate feedback, and support collateral development to drive member acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Manage end-to-end event setup and seat inventory in the ticketing system, configure access control, support day-to-day ticketing operations, prioritize and coordinate system enhancements with IT and vendors, develop SOPs and training, perform testing, reporting, troubleshooting, and provide operational support during events including extended hours.

Provide Level 2 application support and production incident management for enterprise web applications. Troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, deploy fixes, maintain knowledge base, apply patches, remediate vulnerabilities, and support minor projects and change management while communicating with stakeholders.

Monitor guests, staff, gaming and cash-handling areas from a central console using surveillance and computer analysis systems. Report and escalate suspicious activity, maintain professional guest relations, and work shift patterns including nights and public holidays.

Perform marketing and loyalty analytics: derive member behavior insights, estimate campaign costs, run post-campaign and A/B analyses, build predictive models, automate ETL, reports and dashboards, and collaborate with marketing, BI, and IT teams to implement analytical solutions.

Support F&B cost control by calculating inter-kitchen transfers and recipe costs, conducting yield/butchery tests and monthly stock takes, performing spot checks, updating POS and inventory reports, reconciling variances, tracking tobacco and spoilage, and preparing weekly/monthly F&B cost and beverage analysis reports.
